What is difference between keratin lash lift and eco premium keratin lash lift?
While both treatment makes your lashes keep hydrated and give them strength and smoothness, eco premium keratin lash lift will not only be more customized to meet each client's lash needs and condition requirements but also reinforce cysteine bonding which will improve the retention.

Eyelash faq
How long the extensions last and how often should I come for refills?
Eyelash extension maintenance can vary depending on how well you care for your lash extensions and your natural lash growth cycle. Our refills are available from 2 weeks to 4 week.
What's pre-care and aftercare?
Please come without eye makeup and if you're uncomfortable wearing contacts during the service, please take them off before the service.
After getting lash extensions, avoid washing your face and keep the lashes dry for at least 4-6 hrs. The sauna, pool, strenuous exercise, and rubbing your eyes may cause extensions to fall off quicker than normal. Using an eyelash curler or mascara is not recommended as well.
How should I decide the set and style?
If you're new at Elysia beauty bar, please book 'eyelash extensions new customer' option in the booking page and you'll have a consultation with your lash artist on your appointment. We will recommend you the suitable and best look according to your preference, lash condition, eye shape and etc.
Will I get any allergy reactions?
Although it is rare, it is possible to have an allergic reaction to the gel pads or the adhesive used to apply for the extensions, you may suffer allergy reactions and in that case, we recommned a patch test 1-2 days before your appointment. If develop an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately as we will offer you a full removal. We do not recommend doing a full-set afterwards as the eye will be tender and the allergy may persist.

While we try our best to ensure that you're leaving the shop with satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with our service, please reach out to us for any inquiries.
Punctuality
Please arrive at least 5-10 mins early to your appointment. If you're running more than 15 minutes, we may not offer you a full service and a full payment amount of the service will be charged.
Last-minute reschedule / Late-cancellations / No-show
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to the reservation. If you'd like to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please contact us 48 hours in advance to avoid any penatly fee. There'll be $30 for late-cancellations and $70 for no-show.
Fix policy
Temperature and humidity can affect how the lash glue dries and may result in faster lash fall out. While it is normal for 3-5 lashes to fall daily, if you lose more please contact us within 2 days of your appointment and we will do our best to fix it for you immediately. If you do not contact us within 2 days, we will not be able to offer you a complimentary fix.
Refunds
At Elysia beauty bar, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our our top priority. All of our services are non refundable, but if you're not satisfied with anything, please let us know.
